it was very clean, we loved the facilities like the sauna, pool and steam room, and were really delighted with our stay. the breakfast was really good as well. the staff was super nice and helpful with booking our tour.

location：walking distance to the beach; cleaness: it is clean everywhere including room and the lobby even the street outside; breakfast: vietnamnese style and worldwide food are so good

Excellent location. Easy walk to beach, night market and lots of good local restaurants. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious with a great view of the beach. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained with sun lounges and pool/beach towels provided.
